Hello, everyone!
We are English club!
普段は、月曜に１時間ぐらい活動しています。 活動内容は、タブレットを使って簡単な英語で一言日記（Mikasa Diary）を書いたり、テスト前に予想問題を考えてクラスルームに掲示したりしています。 また、夏休みには海外の人にインタビューをしたり、そのときにあげるお土産を作ったりしています。他の活動や、詳しい内容はをどんどん更新していくので、見てください。

🎄 Christmas Decorations 🎅
毎年、英語部では、手作りのクリスマスの飾りを作成し、三者懇談に合わせて学級に掲示しています。

国際交流出前講座 〜ナミビア〜
三笠中学校英語部では、１０月２０日にナミビアからの留学生パウルスさんを講師に迎え、国際交流出前講座を実施しました。１年〜３年の部員11名が参加し、ナミビアの文化、学校生活、食べ物、動物、伝統的な遊びなどについて学びました。
今回の講座を通じて、生徒たちは外国の文化を知ることの楽しさや、言葉を超えて心を通わせる喜びを実感し、国際理解を深める貴重な経験となりました。 奈良市国際交流協会の方々ありがとうございました。
講座の前半では、写真を交えながらナミビアの地理や教育制度、暮らしについてわかりやすく紹介していただき、生徒たちは「義務教育の年数が日本より長い」「食文化が異なる」など多くの発見をしながら熱心に聞き入っていました。
後半では、実際にナミビアの遊びを体験しました。石を投げて拾うゲームやゴム跳びのようなジャンプゲームなどを通して、身体を動かしながら楽しく交流しました。最後にはナミビアの歌をみんなで歌い、笑顔あふれる時間となりました。
最初は緊張していた生徒たちも、パウルスさんの明るく親しみやすい人柄により次第に打ち解け、積極的に英語で話しかけたり質問したりするようになりました。
Interview and Cultural Workshop!
今年の夏は、7月に2日間、8月に1日、合計3日間にわたって活動を行いました。
例年実施している外国人観光客への英語インタビューに加え、今年は新たな挑戦として、奈良市観光協会のご協力のもと、JR奈良駅の観光案内所で日本の文化ワークショップを開催しました。
「つまみ細工」「折り紙」「書道」の3つのチームに分かれ、夏休み前から入念に準備を進めました。どうすれば楽しんでもらえるか、どんな言葉で伝えれば分かりやすいかをたくさん考えました。
当日は初めての試みで緊張もしましたが、勇気を出して声をかけると、観光客の方々が足を止めてくれました。体験を通して、日本の文化の魅力を伝えることができ、参加者の笑顔が何よりの喜びとなりました。初日に活動した様子を奈良新聞様に取材をいただきましたので、そちらの記事もぜひご覧ください！

"We taught origami, calligraphy, and tsumami zaiku to foreign visitors. I was glad to see everyone enjoying all of the workshops. It was fun talking to foreigners. It was difficult to communicate in a way that was different from an interview. N.S"

I've made a group to go to the Osaka Expo in June. I'm nervous because I'll be speaking to some people for the first time, but I hope to make friends and get used to this place quickly.a
